This is information Judy Siver sent me on October 24, 2012 while she was gathering information on veterans for the class of 1962 - 50 year reunion.
The ten year reunion booklet dated November 24, 1972, had this information on Dennis Hedges' military service.
 
“After enlisting in the Navy, he (Dennis Hedges) traveled to England, Austria, Italy, Israel, India, and other far eastern countries.  Dennis was assigned to teach English in Saigon, Vietnam.  Started service in 1966 and may have ended service in 1968, but still unknown exactly at the present time November 9, 2012.”
